Shipping logistics Particularly large and/or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered by a forwarding agent. As a rule, the commissioned company will arrange an individual delivery date with you - for this purpose, we need your telephone number during the ordering process.
Shipping time You will find information on the shipping time on the respective product detail page. Please note that for orders that are paid with the payment method "prepayment", the delivery can only be set in motion as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. In order to be able to make a direct delivery of goods in stock, we recommend that you select PayPal or credit card as payment method. The delivery time varies depending on the type of delivery (by DHL/ UPS or forwarding agent). For logistical reasons, DHL or UPS occasionally splits up shipments to the same addressee and delivers them on different days one after the other - especially if the packages have different sizes.

Ein digitaler Audioanschluss muss nicht zwingend ein optischer sein. Zwei Verfahren haben sich am Markt durchgesetzt. Zum einen die Übertragung über ein optisches Audiokabel, auch optisches Digitalkabel genannt, zum anderen über elektrische Leiter. Digitale Daten können bei entsprechenden Anschlüssen also auch weiterhin über die vorher analog genutzten Cinch- oder spezielle Koaxial-Kabel übertragen werden.
Doch auch die Übertragung mittels optischer Leiter, auch Lichtwellenleiter (LWL) genannt, hat sich etabliert und wird von vielen Teufel-Produkten unterstützt. Die Schnittstelle wird als TOSLINK (auch S/PDIF) bezeichnet und ermöglicht die Verbindung des Audioplayers mit dem Receiver/Verstärker über ein optisches Audiokabel.
Im Gegensatz zu elektrischen Leitern ist ein optisches Digital naturgemäß unempfindlich gegenüber elektrischen und magnetischen Störfeldern. Es kann somit problemlos parallel zu elektrischen Leitungen verlegt werden. Auch das Entstehen von Brummschleifen wir durch die Potentialtrennung der Gerätekomponenten eliminiert. Dies wirkt sich besonders positiv beim Anschluss an einen Computer aus, denn dort stellen Brummschleifen erfahrungsgemäß häufiger ein Problem dar. Die Länge der Leitung sollte zehn Meter nicht überschreiten, empfohlen werden meist fünf Meter. Leider lässt sich ein optisches Audiokabel weniger gut verlegen, da es im Gegensatz zu elektrischen Leitern nicht geknickt werden darf.
Je nach Material haben Lautsprecherkabel verschieden große Biegeradien. Stehen am Gerät analoge und digitale Anschlüsse zur Verfügung, dann sollten für eine störungsfreie Übertragung die digitalen bevorzugt werden. Zwischen optischen und koaxialen Anschlüssen besteht dabei kein qualitativer Unterschied, da in beiden Fällen digitale Daten so gut wie verlustfrei übertragen werden.
